David Blum is a litigator who has experience in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. David practice focuses primarily on real estate, contract, and landlord/tenant disputes.
Before founding the law firm of David Blum, P.A., David worked as a litigator for one of the oldest law firms in St. Petersburg and as a law clerk for a Seminole law firm.
David graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2002 with a joint degree in Law and a Master of Business Administration and was member of the Stetson Law Review as well as a research assistant for several professors. While at Stetson, David was a Teaching Assistant for Trial Advocacy and attained honors throughout his law School career graduating cum laude.
Before law school David attended Florida International University in Miami and earned a Masters of Science in Hotel and Food Service Management. After attending Florida International University, David worked in the hotel industry as a hotel manager and general manager for a national hotel company. David is able to use the customer service skills developed as a hotel manager to assist clients and provide excellent customer service.
David is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the District Court for the Middle District of Florida and handles litigation throughout the State of Florida including, but not limited to, Pinellas (Clearwater, St. Petersburg), Hillsborough (Tampa), Pasco, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties. No case is too small, or too big, or complicated.
David also volunteers his time with Community Law Program and Temple Beth El. David is married to Mandy Blum and has one daughter.
